Default Low pitched sound with heat/ac

Ive noticed for a while that when I run my AC/Heat I get a low pitched "eeeeeeeeeeeeeee" sound in my car. The sound comes from the same place every time and goes away after the "M" setting, on "L" and "*" between L & M. I suspect it's the blower motor bearing or something. Anyone know where it is and how to change it?

Edit: I called Lexus dealer they want 230 for the blower motor assembly. Um......

Default Noise from heat/AC blower

I have a similar noise in my '04 RX. It started after oil change tech removed my dirty filter under the glove box. When I chose not to buy a new filter, he put it back with much loose leaves and debri. I think the blower fins had leaves caught in them. I tried to vacuum them and after a a few weeks it is a lot quieter.
