Strange misfire problem need help
Hello there hoping you guys can help me out. I have a friend who has a 2007 rx350 and she has 3 codes misfire cylinder 2, primary coil a code and a p0015. I then did a tune up and changed the coil in cylinder 1 out (which should be on the front with the cylinder being closest to passenger side. After she told me the engine light would go on and off as she would turn car off start again and it would be gone. Now she says the light stays on. I ran codes and I got a misfire in every cylinder plus a p0300 and the same primary a coil code. I used denso 3426 plugs along with a denso coil. Question is why all the misfires now? I didn't gap the plugs is that why? If it is the gap what should it be? Also how can I diagnose the primary a coil code? I really want to fix the car any help would be great thanks
edit: so I found this pic and it looks like I changed the wrong coil is this the correct cylinder identification?

The picture you found is correct for cylinder numbering.
As for all the codes, I don't know why you have all the codes. But that is very similar to what happened to me in May when I was on vacation. But I had even more codes:
P0300 P0301 P0302 P0303 P0304 P0305 P0306
C0215 C1201 C0123
U0073 U0123 U0124 U0125
Expecting the car to blow up any second, I took the car to a Lexus dealer. They changed the ignition coil on cylinder 5 and nothing else.
You had cylinder 2 code originally, I would focus on that one since it sounds like you didn't change it.
