Change the battery and now the two side rear view mirrors will not tilt when put in reverse. They used to, but not now. Is there a setting or "reset" I need to do somewhere, like with the windows etc.?

Did you check the selector switch to make sure it is in the middle and not left or right?

Yep, I did. I just went out and tried to re-do the seat settings (with the mirror switch in the middle) and it still won't work.

All I did was R&R the battery. Everything else I have gotten reset (windows, moonroof, clock, seats, etc.). I've changed the battery before and don't remember having this issue.

??? disconnect the battery and try it all again?????

OK, I was reading about this and read where someone said the Mirror L/R switch had to be in the middle for the auto-tilt to work. But, then someone said that his had to be in either L or R and NOT Middle for his to work

Well, I went out and guess what . . . . . . If the switch is in the Middle the mirrors DO NOT TILT. But, if it is either L or R, then the mirrors DO tilt.

Go figure?????
