I tried to record the sound from my car when I faced this issue but I could not get it properly recorded.

The issue I had was some sort of thumping noise after acceleration. For example, when the car was in 2nd gear, I pressed the gas pedal until it reached third gear (heard or felt the shift movement), I did not press the gas pedal yet. After two seconds, I pressed the gas pedal and suddenly I heard thumping noise. Thus, it wasnt smooth.

There would not be a thumping noise if I did not let my foot off the gas pedal when the gear changed to higher one. Is it normal? It has been quite bothering me.

FYI, I lived in Indonesia where there is no Lexus service center or any CBU service center that could read TSIB/TSB.

I found two TSB that may or may not solve my issue:
1. Drone and vibration on acceleration
2. Fuel Tank Shield Rattle Noise

Can you guys advise me if one of the above TSB is indeed related to my issue? Or were there anything else that I should so?

Check the engine mounts, I had the same problem were two of the hydraulic engine mounts failed and it develops a "play" damaging the other mounts as well. This problem will get worse over time unless the broken or deformed OEM engine mounts are replaced. $$$

Search "transmission cooler line thump on deceleration" it was actually a recall. It may not be what you are feeling-hearing though.
