Default 6 CD Changes problem

Some how removed 3 of them, but rest 3 - can not.
Keep giving me an "ERROR" message on disk 4, even though it's empty.
Not able to do anything.
Any suggestion?

Did not work unfortunately.

With the car off, hold down "seek up" and "disc" at the same time. Continue to hold the buttons and turn the car to "ACC" mode.

I guess by "seek up" he meant "seek-track-up". Anyway, did not work.
