this is my fault my stupidity. i dont want to spend a lot of money on this any suggestions ?? thanks a lot. if this thread needs to be moved please do so.

Search Google for "vinyl dashboard repair". There are kits you can buy to repair this sort of damage. You also find a local auto detailer that can do it for you.
