Cooling fans not coming on

Hi Forum, 2005 RX330, replaced a corroded radiator this past winter. Now have no ac and the cooling fans don't come on. Replaced the temperature sensor and still no fans. By removing the electrical connection to the sensor the fans both start, put it back on and the fans stop. Replaced the fan module mounted near the rad and the fans and didn't help. Suggestions?
