Default water leak from tail light

We have been having a bit of rain her and I decided to check the carpets in my 2007 RX350 to see if they might be wet from a water leak. The carpets are dry but I did have a swimming pool in the pocket in right rear corner of the cargo area. I removed all the stuff so I could bail out the water and inspect.

I think it is leaking in from the tail light assembly as I saw wetness on the vertical metal below the tail light.

So my question is: How do I remove the tail light? I removed the access panel that lets you see the backside of the tail light and I can see 3 bolts. Are these 3 all there are? Since the tail light wraps around the side, there is most likely something holding that edge down. Is it a pop clip (or something) or will I have to remove the inside trim panel to get to a bolt?

I would appreciate any help you guys can give me.
