Default Is there a difference in quality between Japan and Canada RX production?

I've owned a few vehicles made in Japan and they have all been almost perfect. I've also owned Japanese car companies' products that were made in the US.
My RX is an 04, made in Canada and while a nice vehicle I've had more issues with it than the vehicles referenced above.
Is there a noticeable difference between the 2 countries' manufacturing of our vehicles?

We own a Canadian made RX and ive wondered the same thing.. I happened to ask a service advisor this question and this is what he told me " if you ask a salesman, the answer is no, but If you ask me, I'd prefer a Japanese one". I'm not sure how much truth there is to Japanese ones being better as most of the production is automated anyways, but if you based finding on other cars (the X5 in South Carolina, or Mercedes ML in Alabama) it seems like assembly point could be a factor, at least. Little bit

The gap between Japan made and Canadian made RX are almost nil.

Back in 2004 when they started making them in Canada may have been different, I do have a 2004, no complaints, knock on wood.

Today they are equal.

I wished there could be more light shedding on this tussle between Japan made and Canada made. The two Plants (Kyushu in Japan and ONT in Canada) are similar and robotic. Could there be a more technical overview why the products from the same "similar" plants or better put "sister plants" would be different in terms of quality, reliability and specs?
