removed transmission vent by mistake
Hey Gang, my first post so be kind. Yes, I removed the front transmission vent plug on my wife's
2009 RX350 AWD (I thought it was something else). Been on medical leave from work for 2 years...thought I'd same some $$ doing maintenance myself. Didn't work out like I had planned. The clear pink fluid just oozed out of the hole. Lost about 14 ounces in total...recovered about 12 ounces while frantically recovering and replacing the vent plug after I dropped it into the abyss. The recovered fluid looks clean and clear. Should and how do I replace the lost fluid? Any suggestions helpful...tasteful ridicule acceptable!
