Default Eagle eye headlight replacement RX330 w pics

I got tired of looking at my faded and hazed headlights on my RX330 so I sprung for the Eagle Eyes Aftermarket headlights. They look nice and new and clear. They are made in Taiwan and set me back $170 from Amazon. I'll post some pictures once I get them installed. This will give me something to do over the holidays. I should see better at night and get more light output with these.

I hate to say this, but I think you are better off polishing your old headlights.

Usually aftermarket headlights use low quality projectors, so even though they might look nice and brand new the light output is much worse then OEM.

Interesting. Do you have a recommendation for a polish with a worthy sealant?

And do you know something specific about this replacement brand?

I had sanded and polished my old lens and sealed it with an acrylic spray and it didnt turn out well. It still looked hazy and had a greenish tint to it due to UV damage. I took it to a body shop and they said they wouldn't be able to make it look much better and couldn't get the green color off. I should have spent the time and effort on the Eagle Eyes. It's just a plastic housing. As long as it doesn't leak, I'll be happy. It'll make the RX look new again. 04 RX330 AWD 201k miles

Great deal. Sometimes lens are so faded no matter what you polish and buff it's not gonna work. Good buy.

I installed these last year. They're an amazing replacement to OEM. My car is base so it didn't come with HID's.

Edit: I was looking at the pictures the OP posted and it looks like he has OEM HID's installed. Those have AFS so I don't know if those Eagle Eyes will work for his car.

I've had other vehicles "restored" by different repair places. One turned out well one didn't.

Hope to install these over the XMAS holidays. Will post pics. My HID's are not AFS, so these should work well.
