Strange Intermittent Noise (2008 RX350)
Hi there,
Recently I've noticed that when I'm in park, or driving slowly next to other cars, I can hear an intermittent rattle/chatter, sort of sounds like leaves or crinkling plastic. Also sort of sounds like clutch chatter. The noise is coming from an area near the front-passenger wheel well, sort of near the alternator.

I can't listen to the clip on my phone. But the serpentine belt and associated engine accessories are located behind the passenger front tire. We had some rattle noises before the water pump stared leaking (07 RX 350).
Since it's intermittent, see if it relates to the a/c compressor cycling.
