2005 rx330 started to not start when cranking unless you turned the key off and cranked a second time or waited a few seconds on the first crank then it would run, thought it was the fuel pump. so I replaced the fuel pump, filter and strainer. now it wont start at all, just turns over. it has spark and fuel at the rail. unhooked fuel line and turned the engine over and fuel is pumping from the pump. Any help would be appreciated...
