So, I lost my RX330 key remote. What is the best option for replacement? Is this something I can take care of outside of the dealership? eBay? I know Lexus and have a feeling this is going to cost a million dollars, haha, so I thought I'd ask the community what the best option today is. Thank you.

There is an eBay seller 1010 keys that can cut the key for you if you have the key code. You will still need the electronics for the key and that will need to be programed to your vehicle using Toyota's Techstream Software.

1- Where do I get my key code?
2- Who would be best fit to program the key for my vehicle?

1. You can get the key code on the Credit Card style key holder you received when you bought the vehicle. It's the bare key without a shell. A so called emergency key.

2. The Lexus dealership can also look up the code if they have your VIN. They are of course the best to get a new key with transponder, but expensive. Also most Lexus dealerships will not cut and program a key not purchased from them.
