Default Window Side-view Mirror Trim(?) WRINKLE

Hello,
Before I begin, I would like to say that I have tried to search for a thread that discusses this issue; however, I have been able to find anything related. Therefore, if somebody has already addressed this issue, please let me know with a link below.

This triangular piece of trim adjacent to the side-view mirror on my 2004 Lexus RX330 has several "wrinkles" and other abnormal markings on the trim piece. This problem only appears on the passenger side. Also, there are a few of these wrinkles on the window pillars.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?
Does anybody know what caused these "wrinkles" and a solution for this?

Thank you for your time.

My 05 RX330 Drivers side mirror had something similar, about a 1 inch square where the paint wrinkled, it seems moisture was underneath the paint. Eventually that painted area just cracked off, and now I have a chipped off area that is white. I plan to eventually take off that mirror and get it repainted at a body shop. Hopefully the same time I can repaint the rear wing that has totally faded on the top side.

The top photos looks like damage from some sort of impact. The bottom photo looks like defective paint, perhaps from excessive nearby heat?

The spoiler on mine is also fading.

I initially thought the same about the top photo; however, I do not think that is the case because the same type of wrinkles (minus the lower blemish) appear on the pillars.

They sure look like heat damage in the pics. Have you owned the car since new? If not, were these defects present when you bought it?

Maybe at some point in the cars life it was close to a fire (adjacent car in parking lot, building, etc) and those parts were missed when it was repaired.
