Rattling noise from rear power door mechanism

Rattling noise from rear power door mechanism
Maybe someone had already this problem - yesterday I drove on gravel road and noticed that rattling noise is coming from rear power door mechanisms which is located above ceiling linings.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem, its very annoying.
And as I'm new to Lexus Rx I don't know meaning for two buttons, maybe someone could explain.
1)Button left to the power door button. I think it's related to air suspension because, when button with people in it is pressed green light near air suspension comes up.
2) Black button near sunroof and light buttons. Is that related to alarm.
