Default Fog Light issue, fuse is fine, does this wiring look stock?

I have a 2005 RX with a fog light that is out on the passenger side. I replaced the bulb with no luck, I checked the fuses and they looked fine. I'm the second owner, so I took a picture of the wiring attached to the bulb just to make sure you thought it looked like no funny business had been done previously. Any suggestions on what to try next or thoughts would be appreciated.

Default Any guesses? Anyone?

No guesses? I'll have to assume the wiring looks stock and no work was done on it. I'm out of ideas so at this point a mechanic will have to get involved if I want it fixed...

Do you have a voltmeter to check to see if there's any voltage at the bulb socket?

Those two red butt splices don't look stock. Check for voltage or lacking a meter, wiggle the wires while pushing them into the splice. Just guessing at this.

Thanks for the ideas.

- I don't, but I'll try and find a friend that does...

- I thought this as well, so I'll investigate this a bit more

Thanks!

Default Resolved!

It was a wiring issue and the volt meter confirmed it! "Band" was correct and wiggling wires showed the issue. Thanks to all who responded. The wire was old and crappy so we just cut the bad wire out and reconnected it, it's all working again. Thanks again.
