Default 2008 RX350 Actuator Motor - Which one to buy?

I had 2 of my door actuator motors burn out this winter. Its a 2008 RX350 - on searching the forums there is a DIY on how to fix them. However there seem to be 4 different types of Mabuchi motor models available for purchase
20mm
10mm
Flat end
Ribbed

These are supposedly based on the model and year of the car.... so has anyone replaced an actuator motor in the 2008 RX350 specifically? If they have, can you share which type of motor you found when you opened up the actuator? It will help immensely to avoid tearing up the door and finding out that I ordered the wrong type!!!

Thanks

What about a 2009 RX350? It shows a different part number than the 330; RockAuto shows a Dorman 931403 rather than the Dorman 931407. Toyota numbers are different as well.

Do you know if they use the same motor?
