Side view mirror with or without memory

Wife broke side view mirror glass and housing on 2005 lexus rx330. I'm going to replace the whole thing but I keep seeing units with or without memory. How can I tell?

Do your mirrors adjust when you push the memory seat button (1 or 2)?
