ignition coil replacement
I had check engine and VSC lights on my 2007 RX350. Dealer diagnosed ignition coil E (DTC P0355) malfunction and replaced it. After that I found that windshield wipers would not work. Checked rear wiper and headlamp cleaner work fine and fuse was ok. Alos, washer fluid dispenser work fine.
One other problem I found after the replacement work, wireless remote control key would not work at all, lock, unlock or power back door. Eventually I could get it to work by truning power back door main switch (near the glove box) off and on.
Does anyone know that any resetting procedure (to restore original operational settings) would be required after replacing ignition coil pack? Or is this just a coincidence that windshiled wiper and wirless key got malfucntioned.I would appreciate any information on this.

I would think since its the ignition coil was replaced, The technician took safety steps to disconnect the battery leeds just in case.
There is some high voltage going through the ignition coil to ignite that spark plug.

Eventually I found a loose connector cable under the hood and provided pictures for the dealer to check and advise. It turned out that the service technician forgot to re-plug the connector after replacing the ignition coil. The connector was the power cable to windshield wipers.
See the attached picture.
Problem solved. Human error. Thanks for your thoughts.
