Default I am looking for help with my anti theft system..

I just recently installed a subwoofer in my 2003 lexus rx300. I wasnt aware that there was a security code. I know now that there is a way to enter the key code as if I was just changing the battery and it locked the stereo, but i dont know the steps involved. Could anyone list the steps for entering the key code to unlock my stereo please? thank you for any information you may have!

Try this:
Turn the ignition switch on.
Press the power button on the radio.
Press and hold preset button number 1.
Press and hold the "Tune up" button.
Release both buttons when "---" appears in the display.
Press the numbered preset buttons to enter the unlock code. The radio powers down when the last digit of the code is entered.
Press the power button on the radio. The radio unlocks as it turns on.

As you have an 03 RX300., you may also want to try the 1ST GEN thread. Good luck.

Have a 04 RX-330 and we took the radio out to redo the dash. I did not know i had to put it in a certain mode now the radio is not working after re-install. Someone please explain how to get it working again. The radio has wierd symbols on the screen and doesnt even show the time right now.
. Regards
