I hit a curb while making too sharp of a right hand turn a week ago and now I notice some vibration in the steering wheel as I drive down the highway. The tire I hit was the rear passenger side. If I get wheel balancing done, do I need to just balance that tire or all of them?

Could be a bent rim or damaged tire? If so, balancing won't fix.

I doubt it's your balance, you need to do an alignment, Balancing is when you make the tire weigh evenly in all directions (well, off of the lateral axis). Alignment is how the tires are directed. More than likely your toe has become off. What would have happened is that when you hit you bent the one wheel in, but the other tire was planted and force the wheel that hit to bend in a little. there is a little adjustment nut that probably moved a little and now one wheel is pointed in a little when it rolls, causing the shake.

If you plan on owning the vehicle for a while it might be worthwhile to buy a lifetime alignment plan. Bumps happen, and alignments can be pricey.
