My Rx headlights had moisture every time it rains for years before. Since I'm from southern California, it hasn't rain for a while now and my headlights are free of moisture. However, the damage was done. The ballast on my hid is not properly functioning. It keeps flickering. I received the Rx recall/extended warranty notice in the mail couple of months ago. I went to a local Lexus dealer to have them replace the headlight. Unfortunately, they refused and said that there is no moisture currently present. No matter how hard I tried to convince them that it was the moisture that damaged my ballast. I wonder if anyone can tell me how to make moisture and condensation to the headlights unnaturally. I will appreciate everyone that can help me save money this way. Thank you in advance.
