Does anyone know when Lexus is going to issue a new Navigation system update for the 09 Navigation system? When I was at the dealership earlier this month they informed me that a new revision was coming but didn't provide any date. We just bought our 09 RX. From what I can tell, the navigation system may not have been updated since the car was initially purchased. I plan on correcting that. Thanks for any input.

OK, no sooner did I post this than I received the information from Lexus. The new 14.1 will be out next week. If you purchase before Jan 1, 2015, the price is just under $100. After Jan 1, the price goes to $169.99.

Thanks for the link ... I wonder if those of us with the Gen 2/3 versions are out of luck and won't get an update .... I intend to call Lexus, but thought I would check here. Anyone know?

Sorry gang, I wasn't on the forum and didn't know this thread was still active. rxonmymind posted the correct link for the information published by Lexus. This is what I referred our local dealer to, however their parts manager was already aware of the correct pricing as per notification from Lexus.

Thanks .... all of the maps have "...-14" as the date, except for Gen2/3. When you click on the link, it still shows v13.1 vice v14.1. The images still show 2013 on the cover. I love the pricing and will definitely update if they are v14.1 .... will report back (for any Gen2/3 users).

For those of us with Gen3 RX330, it appears as though v13.1 (CY2013) was the last update. I talked with Sewell Lexus parts today and there will not be any update this year (and I am pretty sure for all future years). I was told to call Lexus Corporate, but future updates didn't sound good. On the postive side, we use google maps for most everything, but I am surprised they won't be updating the Gen3 system any longer.

You should have ordered maintenance stuff to save on shipping, too late but keep in mind, that's what I do.

Still waiting for the dealer in Raleigh to get their shipment from Lexus. They've had two delays.
