09 Rx350 Power lock issue...
Just recently was blessed with an 09 RX350
The driver side door is the only door that will lock and unlock.
The other 3 doors will only LOCK using the fob or interior switch... They have to be manually unlocked.
It's weird that's the drivers side is the only one that works.
Any help is appreciated.

Ok. I hate to ask this, but I want to help you out. You do know that you have to press the unlock button on the key fob 2 times quickly to unlock the other 3 doors right? One press will only do the drivers door. I would also open the back 2 doors and check to make sure the child safety lock isn't on. This will allow the doors to lock, but not unlock. If you have confirmed this, I would say you have door lock actuators going bad on the other 3 doors.

@DOPEPICS, congrats on the RX.
I agree with 2GSKaizen, that is sounds like the actuators are going out. There is a slight chance that it could be a wiring issue (highly unlikely actually), but I would start with the actuators and go from there.

Since you recently bought this vehicle, it could be the previous owner had the dealership do the personalized settings to only unlock the driver door (requires techstream computer). It would also be very strange for all three doors to have bad actuators. If it were my car I would have Lexus check it out. The Lexus service manual has other things to check:

I doubt it is the actuator...It seems strange that all three of the passenger doors would be bad at the same time. The Passenger door locks are all wired separately from the drivers door, so I would guess it is most likely a wiring issue or a computer issue. I would go to Lexus and pay the 60 bucks for them to diagnose the problem.
