Default Replace driver seat RX350 2010 instructions

I have just driven over 100,000 miles and the driver seat is badly worn so I purchased one on eBay and need help on making the change as I am sure there are a few tricks that I do not want to learn the hard way. Any advise would be appreciated

Being a 2010 model this needs to be posted in the third generation forum. I am not sure if there are differences in the seat between the second generation RX and the third. Be aware that there are numerous electronic components on and connected to modern automotive seats. You must be sure to get the the exact replacement. Would it not be better to have simply replace the cushions that are damaged?
