Why I can not operate vehicle windows from driver control switches...what did I do? They only open/close at specific door switches...

More than likely, you disconnected the 12V battery.
RTFM, there's a reset procedure. It's a 2 minutes job.

Rhsobsey, if you would search the forums here at Club Lexus you will find this has been discussed on numerous occasions. It is probably quite simply that you had your 12V battery replaced or disconnected recently and the windows, along with the sunroof, need to be reset. This is all discussed in your Owner's Manual.

Should this still be a problem after attempting to normalize the windows and sunroof, then you would look to see if the connector to the driver door switches has come loose or in some way disconnected itself.

However, for most individuals only the reset is required.

Right, every time there is an issue with this vechicle, i will search the manual to reset some engineers failure to
auto reset great computer tech crap!
