RX330-2005 Instrument panel lights (brake, VSC, abs, tire).
These lights come on while driving on occasion (only the tire icon is blinking) but once motor is turned off and back on, the lights do not come back on. There haven't been any noticeable problems while driving while these lights are on. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

If all of your tires are inflated properly and nearly the same PSI then I suspect one of your tire pressure sensors isn't giving the right data to the computer. The computer then thinks, "oh my, one of the tires is flat so I should turn off vsc, abs, and flash some lights".
Read the stored codes for a more accurate idea than my off-the-cuff guess.

Welcome to Club Lexus, eeross23.
While I agree it could be the brake light switch, the best way to know would be to take your vehicle to a shop like Advance Auto Parts or AutoZone where they offer a free service of plugging in a scanner to read the codes being thrown. Let us know what those are and we can give you a better idea of what is happening and what to do.
