Service Tech at my Dealer
Told me my 06 RX330 did not need any updates and when I asked about
any known transmission problems, he said there were none. Could this
be true? My car was born on 01/20/06 and has 94k. Timing belt, water pump,
cats, O2 sensors, control arms, power steering unit and new tires, brakes
and rotors all done. also all fluid have been changed.
All this within the last 7k mi. I love this vehicle...

The transmission recalibration issues were with '04 and '05 RX330 as discussed previous:

Keep the fluids changed and you should be good to go.
