It has Nav and Bluetooth, I was able to transfer my whole contacts list into
the phone book from my Razr Maxx all at one time but It won't accept any phone commands.
Is their any way to make phone calls by voice?

That is the problem with buying the car with the stock navigation and Bluetooth, you are always buying an outdated piece of technology. Not sure about the problem you're having, but I myself got the standard setup and got the Parrot MKI9100 along with the harness. All together it came out to about $260 pretty high cost but it works perfectly. Completely hands free calling, it reads my txt messages and allows me to reply with voice, plays music over Bluetooth, and has Ipod connection, USB, and Aux, and it updated regularly.

If you're looking for an alternative bluetooth option this one works great. I've had it for 6 months with no issues.
