Default Replacing RX330 Radio with Android Radio

Hi all,

I'm tempted to replace the stock radio unit to android dual core head unit. Most of them has no brand

I'm wondering anyone has got this thing? Just want to know the quality and how hard to replace the stock head unit.
I saw many people got problem getting it right especially with the speaker, steering button.

Last but not least...is the stock unit has connection to the sat nav?
I'm worried that the android unit will affect the sat nav.

I'm also wondering any good brand manufacture using the andorid os?

many thanks in advance

Do you mean like a car-computer windows base product but using Android OS instead of windows OS ? Most of them are self built and there is a forum out there that teaches you how to do all that.

as for steering wheel control is just a matter of getting a PAC audio adapter and you get most of the function back
speaker wire, you may have to do new wires from speaker to unit or don't know if there are harness kit available

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, that's the concept.
I don't think I need to build one, there are many pre build one out there.

This is one of the example:

I didn't realise there was a window system one until you mentioned it.

The android is cheaper though...not sure about the quality...and how hard is it to install it to the Rx330...
