Default Thinking of buying a 04 RX330 need advice

Hi,
thinking of buying 2004 rx330, the car i saw has 72k miles on it and they said they changed the timing belt and have all records, can anyone give me advice on how much this should cost from a private party and what i should be worried about"? I have seen some posts here on a shift selonoid problem and some other minor items let me know if you like it too.

I was quoted between 5-600 out the door from multiple entities for just the belt alone. No water pump, pulleys etc

till it met a 15 passenger van.
Never had a prob with it.

Peradventure, I looked into the price of timing belt.
My local mechanic: 500 out the door(new pump, belts)
Toyota place:.......a "little" more..........threw the BS flag on that one.

If the previous owners were **** enough to change the TB that early, I bet they took care of it. Buy it
