Default Overall check, recommendations?

Hi Experts,

My RX330 has done about 55000 miles and have really been enjoying the drive till a few days back.
I was on my way back from Napa and for no apparent reason, I thought the car started swerving, afraid I had a flat, I pulled to the side and checked all four tires. There was nothing wrong with them, though there was a gust of wind blowing across the freeway (I-680) which seemed to be the culprit.

Got home safe and sound and then a few days back started feeling the same, could be psychological as well now. I checked the tread on all the tires which seems to be fine.
Am heading to COSTCO the coming weekend to get the tire rotation/balancing done. If I still feel the same, il head to a dealership to get the car inspected, what check would you recommend so that such (plus any other) issues can be detected?

Thanks !
/ Heeru

wouldnt hurt to check tire pressure. also, wouldnt hurt to check the lug nut torque (make sure they are all tight)

Sounds like you may have busted a belt in one of your tires assuming the lug nuts are nice and tight.

busted belt usually happens at low speed, and will happen all the time.

you could rotate your tires front to back and see if it goes away. a broken belt on the back is harder to notice and wont affect steering
