The one thing I like about Amazon is the ease of returns.
Perhaps the battery policy is hidden somewhere else but if is in fact not returnable it should be stated on the listing page.

I am sure if I had really pushed the issue they would have exchanged them, I have been a dedicated Azn customer for a long time.. But the return process was automated and there was simply no button to push to initiate a return of a battery, I would probably have to call them, which wasn't to worth the pain in the **** tbh lol
