what are the long term ramifications of the frame damage, is it alignment issues?

In this case it appears only the frame behind the axle was damaged, so there should be no wheel alignment or driving issues. Now, the issue will be how well the shop can get the bumper cover aligned with the body. The fit/gap is very tight there and any frame damage that is not fixed properly will show up in the fit of the new bumper cover.

i honestly dont know what to do...my back is in a lot of pain and i am in pt twice weekly. i guess the car has just left a bad taste in my mouth as it would be a daily reminder of the accident, something im struggling to forget but cant (the what if questions are burdensome)

any1 have suggestions on what to trade it in for? my budget would just be trade in + 4k extra
