Default RX330 Aftermarket Stereo question

Hey guys, just purchased an 04 rx330 .

The stock head unit's cd changer is busted so I am thinking about putting in this unit.

Can someone let me know if this kit is all I would need to install the above head unit into my RX.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/CAR-STEREO-SINGLE-DOUBLE-2-D-DIN-SILVER-RADIO-INSTALL-DASH-KIT-COMBO-99-8159S-/140874529910?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3ARX330&hash=item20ccc6bc76&vxp=mtr
I also see this Spiral Installations kit.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEXUS-RX-Series-2004-2009-Radio-Stereo-Installation-Mounting-Dash-Kit-Combo-WH-/251226275680?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ALexus%7CModel%3ARX330&hash=item3a7e40bf60&vxp=mtr
Please correct me if I am wrong, but would any of the above kit be all that I would need to install the new head unit without any wire cutting or additional purchases? I am looking to keep everything else stock.

Thanks in advance guys!

GSinTN,

So, I have a couple ideas... First off, is it only the fact that the cd changer is broken that you want the after market radio? I love the look of our radios in the RX and have seen some after market radio installs. It just doesn't look right. The only one I saw was full touch screen capable and used up that entire space. If you don't require CD's in your car, there are a couple options that you can install such as the GROM Audio kits or VAIStech kits.

If you truly want an after market radio, let me know as I have one that I am trying to get rid of. It is really nice and was installed in my previous car. I didn't have the heart to install it in the RX. It has CD/AUX/AM/FM/HD Radio capable and also, Bluetooth.

It is very similar to this one:
Amazon.com: Brand New Kenwood KDC-BT648U In-Dash CD/MP3/WMA/AAC Car Stereo Receiver with Built-in Bluetooth, Front USB and Auxiliary Inputs: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Brand New Kenwood KDC-BT648U In-Dash CD/MP3/WMA/AAC Car Stereo Receiver with Built-in Bluetooth, Front USB and Auxiliary Inputs: Car Electronics

Let me know what you think.
