Personally, I like the look of the drilled and slotted rotors. It is also supposed to help reduce the heat and wear of your rotors and brake pads. These also come with a special coating that will keep them from rusting. As far as whether they are US or Japan, I believe they are a US company. I don't see how it would matter where the rotors are made, as long as it fits, right?

I've had great luck with FCP Import (FCPImport.com) in Connecticut. I drive there and pick up stuff - always available in 2 days, and they'll ship direct.

I've replaced a couple sets on my LS430 including rotors and pads as well as my Audi Q7. Good quality and excellent prices - no affiliation.

Call them as they only show Toyota but they'll definitely source RX and other models.

On a budget??

Get these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/151050077021...84.m1423.l2649

$174.99
Drill & slotted rotors (all 4) with 4 brand new ceramic brakes and free shipping but not sure if Canada so contact the seller.

Cant get any better than that $$$
