No, only your phone calls will play over the speakers using bluetooth.

There are options in the aftermarket, though.

There are a number of companies that make aftermarket interfaces for factory audio systems and some of them include bluetooth audio streaming. USA Spec is just one example. I can't list every company out there off the top of my head but a quick Google search should turn up other options as well as referencing prior discussions as suggested above.

As I indicated in one of my previous posts, I am thinking of buying the VAISTECH bluetooth audion system. For what I understand it integrates very well with the RXs and my configuration (Navigation / ML Sound system).

You can replace the entire head unit to get Bluetooth capability too.
