As for negotiating, it all depends on demand. Last winter, I negotiated an 2010 ES CPO for $3k under their asking price.
The end of the month and the end of the calendar year are two times to look due to tax issues or the need for sales numbers.

I can't wait. I got about the end of July to make a purchase. If I would of know, I could wait, but I can't. Any other sugg.?

saw an 08 silver, low mileage, but the dashboard is completely torn due to the previous owners GPS Velcro mount. You would have to replace the whole dash, but I think its too much of a hassle

StLucchese,

Have you thought about checking out eBay Motors? There is an '07 with 73K listed with Texas Direct out of Houston with a Buy It Now of $21,780.

Just throwin' that one out there for you. Good luck with your search.

Yes, test drove that already, almost 2 weeks ago Right CV boot torned and leaking bad. At Texas Direct, its priced to sell. At the most probably get $500 off. I test drive all the ones availb within my price point. Nothing special over there... Thanks for the sugg. though :-)

In that case, you'll have to find some point to compromise on. If your budget, time and scope are inflexible then what is flexible? It may be time to reconsider what you're thinking of as limitations if your approach isn't working for you rather than expect some silver bullet to appear and solve your problems.
