Default Has Anyone Tried Euro Oils in Their Lexus?

From what I've read German-made Castrol is the bomb.

Others:
Lubr/Liqui Moly
Pentosin
Euro spec M1

Then there's a new formulation for Nippon-made Eneos Sustina 0w-50.

All these are boutiques oils and costly, but i'd rather put more $ into my car if it'll last longer.

I've used Pentosin in my RX300 before. It's a little too thick for my taste, I've been using PP 5W-30 for the past few OCI's.

German Castrol is on the thick end of a 30 weight. Seeing as Toyota has backed spec'd 5w20 and 0w20 and is shipping most of their current vehicles with 0w20 why do you want to run such a heavy oil? If you are itching to try a boutique oil, look for Fuchs 0w20. I hear it's very good.
