In my opinion at this low mileage you need only engine oil change (every 6 month), basically for the sake of warranty. Could be done at Toyota. I wouldn't do the tire rotation - it can help to see any possible alignment issues. May be only after 50K... I would skip everything else (because it's not in manual).

Sounds like they're going by the time right now. It'll be interesting to see if they try to redo the same service when the miles get there.
I just bought a 2008 with 22,000 miles and thought mine was low miles. I don't drive a lot either, maybe 6k a year and plan on doing service more on the miles then the time in service.

Thanks for the input David, with low mileage yourself, I am sure you feel my pain . I have no doubt that they will suggest the duplication of the services at the mileage intervals. In order to pump the money out of me my dealership uses a computer sign-in to set up the maintenance service. The computer forces you into a selection of the unneeded service. If you speak to a representative in person in most cases the representative plays dumb by exclaiming that they go by the mileage and time interval service recommendations. With this defense you could come in there driving only five miles per year and still be met with the same advice. I am not sure what I will do for my next service, but I am leaning toward Toyota and/or the Lube, Oil, Filter (LOF) option.

Thanks again for your comments guys.
