Default Rock chips solution

Hello, we have the same problem with those rock chips, as we live 3 miles away from the main road, of corse 3 miles of gravel.
What I did i went to our local dealer in town where I purchased for about 17 dollars CAN. a touch pen they called it, They take your VIN and find your paint code, and then you buy this touch pen, on one side is the paint, on the other side is a clear code, if you take your sweet time, do a good clean up of those chips, and follow the instructions, its amazing how good job they do.
I hope that will help.
I am a litle confused about your spots rusting out, I thought that the frame and panels are galvanized from factory, but I could be wrong.

I would recommend getting touch-up paint from the dealer and considering adding the 3M tape added to the hood, bumper, roof to keep the stone chips from coming back
