There are no "emergency" brakes on any Lexus model.
Lexus vehicles are equipped with PARKING BRAKES on the rear wheels only, which ARE NOT made to stop the vehicle during normal driving.

Anybody have links on How-To replace the ABS pump? All my lights are on my RX400h dashboard. Initially, the annoyingly beeping sound would come on ignition then go away. Now, it's completely on the whole ride until I pull the key out. It's a safety feature to let me know the ABS pump is out which severely reduces your braking action.
