Guys - Just wanted to share this with everyone. Took my 04 RX330 to a local mechanic to flush out all the fluids (since it passed 60K mile on the odometer) and he found there was a leak in the rack assembly. I asked him for an estimate and it would run around $1300 (part $950 with 3 hours of labor). Since I bought the RX in Feb 09 w/ Certified Pre-owned (3 years or 100K miles) and it is obviously still has 2 more months of warranty left. Took it to Warnock Lexus (where I bought the car from) in Whippany, NJ and informed them about the leak along with other indicators come on and off in the dash while driving. They diagnosed and confirmed there was a leak and a faulty brake switch. Everything is still covered under the warranty. I dropped the car off yesterday and picked it up this morning. The power steering gear assembly and brake light switch were replaced at no charge. I was so happy that everything was taken care of. On top of that they gave me a free loaner (2011 RX350) and it felt really nice.

I am glad that it came out this way. Without bringing the car to the local mechanic for the fluids change, it wouldn't know about the leakage.
