Did the car get wet before you put it in the garage? Mine does this once in a while if its raining and it especially does it when I go through a huge puddle. I believe its the A/C belt (no guarantee on that)

The ABS/VSC sytstem does a self check shortly after the vehicle is moving. Typically, it's well before 100 yards though. Wonder if it's your ABS pump (on it's way out, unfortunately)? If you listen very very carefully and feel with your foot, you can hear and feel the ABS system cycling. See if this corresponds with the squeel. It's very subtle on the Lexus - some cars (my wife's old 2007 Impals for example, the noise and vibration is very noticeable).

It's not an ABS issue, it's just the ABS pump cycling to do a self check after you start the car.

However, upon reviewing your post, I see it only happens first thing in the morning....the ABS self check happens after every start. So maybe it is a belt...

WOW sorry, I should have actually READ your post lol... I for some reason interpreted your post as: "this morning when I pulled out of the garage." That's why I was asking about it being wet. Sorry about that, wish I had another answer for you.
