I bought a CPO RX350 with low milage last year. I love it, wished I would have bought it sooner. I heard that you can take your Lexus to a Toyota shop for routine maintenance and will be a lot cheaper than Lexus dealer. I have not tried yet. For any warranty issues, I take it to Lexus dealer.
You can take your RX to any shop for routine service. Just keep your receipts. At any shop other than Lexus, and this includes Toyota, the services you have performed will not show up in the Lexus system.
Using the dealer can build you some good will towards future matters outside warrantied items. However, no guarantees even for the most diehard of dealer supporters.
