will 10w30 oil work on an 08 rx

0w30, 5w30, 10w30 will all work. Once engine is up to temp they all act like a 30 oil. The first # helps at cold start up but that is all. I like to use a 0w oil even though i am in Arizona.

Peace of mind, just drain and refill with 5W30.
