Default rx400h water leak?

hey guys new here to the RX forums...

i got a 2006 RX400H with about 79Kmi on it.

I was wondering if its normal that I find a puddle of water under the car in the garage after its parked over night. Its been sunny no rain. I don't know if there is some condensation of something that gets drained out of the car or what is happening. Please let me know if anyone has noticed.

It's probably AC condensation.

I hope its just AC condensation... but this seems to be more than AC condensation.

If it were anything other than water it would be colored with the possible exception of windshield washer fluid. Coolant will be seen as pink/red.

Since it looks like water, as the others have commented, it probably is just water condensation from your AC. You would be surprised the amount of water pulled from the air by the AC system.

It is in fact just AC water condensation so no alarms. I get that too.

Thanks guys! Makes me feel better. I figured it might be but just seemed like more than the usual amount. Do these cars just have more condensation?

No more so than some others. Lots of dependencies such as location and weather conditions. Being you are from WA I would say it is not abnormal. Lots of moisture to pull out of the air going through the system during the "air conditioning" process.
