Default Is this an oil leak?

2009 RX350 parks here in this pic. I should've took a close up picture but it does look oily and dark black. Is this where it will drop down on the ground on driver's side if it's an oil leak?

Did you have an oil change recent? Could just be a drip from the draining process getting on the under carriage on from the fill process.

Also, are you sure it is oil? It is ok to touch with your finger to see if it is brown/black or red.

and leave it after running a while (but after you check the oil and other fluid levels) and see if its leaking.

Looks like oil

Def oil. But a big splash. Not the drip drip small.

I get a one time drip like that after the dealer does an oil and filter change. Sloppy refill I guess.

Bet you it is the above. Sloppy, right word. Just hope they torqued that bolt the right way.

Oil leakage should be under the passenger's side for the RX if there's one. Overfill of oil is seen on the center.
