I just replaced my battery last month. Got a 2004 RX 330, purchased car April 2003. first time to replace the battery. It was not dead, went for maintenance and they told me it is weak already. Decided to replace it. The service advisor was surprised that my battery is 8 years old and still going.
Eight years for a battery is indeed very good. Wondering if you do any short trips on a routine basis. Those quick trips to the store and back where the battery does not get much of a chance to charge between starts does take its toll on batteries in addition to heat and cold. Sounds like you have been treating your battery very well and proves how good that Panasonic battery truly was (is).
